Both Transcarent and UnitedHealthare COE surgical benefits include a travel and lodging benefit for you and a companion.
Although your insurance is not through UnitedHealthcare, you can still utilize UnitedHealthcare's COEs. They provide medical facilities that meet strict standards of quality and use integrated, personally relevant health guidance and services for the best possible health outcomes. UHC COEs are available for the following types of surgery:, cancer (surgery covered at no additional cost after meeting your deductible) and transplant.
Considering surgery? You deserve the best. That’s why Delta offers you access to Transcarent’s nationwide network of top-rated providers and pairs you with a Care Coordinator to manage the entire surgical process for you. With Transcarent, you pay $0 once you meet your deductible. Delta pays for the rest, so there’s no remaining coinsurance and out-of-pocket costs.

Onduo is a virtual care program that brings you diabetes tools, coaching and clinical support to help you take control of your Type 2 diabetes.
Locate the Onduo program in your Sharecare account by selecting Achieve > Programs > Manage Diabetes. You’ll be prompted to complete a short qualification assessment to determine program eligibility and if the program is right for you.
If you’re living with a heart condition, you don’t have to do it alone. Explore your support resources at right and call Quantum Health with questions.
Hello Heart is an easy-to-use program that helps you track, understand, and manage your heart health from the privacy of your own phone. The Hello Heart program is offered at no cost to eligible members and includes a free blood pressure monitor that connects to an app on your smartphone. It’s engaging and rewarding!

Deltanet: Financial WellnessDelta and Operation HOPE have partnered to provide full-time financial coaches exclusively available to support Delta people when tackling issues like decreasing debt, improving credit scores, budgeting, and creating an emergency savings fund. They can even help with homeownership!
Through the HOPE Inside the Workplace program, Operation HOPE offers free and unlimited personalized one-on-one confidential coaching sessions and customized workshops for Delta employees. HOPE Inside the Workplace is designed to provide employees with resources for every stage of life through programs developed to support your path to successfully managing money, owning a home, starting a business, or recovering from a disaster.
Operation HOPEFidelity is Delta’s 401(k) provider and provides assistance with general financial planning, retirement planning, and a variety of resources in the Fidelity NetBenefits portal.
